Heavy duty aggressive stripping scrub pads for hard hard floors.
USE WITH POLISHER MACHINE: Highly abrasive, aggressive for removing floor polishes and finishes to prepare for re-finishing, the coarsest type of pad available, with heavy fibres, an open weave to prevent clogging or loading, use for removing layers of floor polish.
USE WITH SCRUBBER DRYER MACHINE & LOW-FOAM CHEMICAL: Scrub clean hard surfaces, like concrete or stone.
Removes heavy soiling, like concrete splashes, might manage removing certain adhesives such as mastic. Black pads are often used ‘wet’ ie with a stripping solution being applied to the floor, either via a floor scrubber machine or by mop, the solution is then left to act for a few minutes before being scrubbed. Apply using low-speed machine (150-200 rpm) high speed is not suitable for stripping polish. Soiled solution should be extracted by mop or wet-vacuum cleaner, and rinsed.
Black: Stripping/abrasive remove floor coating seal or wax and wet scrubbing strong layers of emulsion floor polishes. Removes the old finish and eliminates concrete burns.
Use with buffing machine: Dry with stripping solution.
Use with scrubber machine: Dry with LOW-FOAM scrub solution.
MACHINE TYPE: Buffer operating up to 200rpm or any scrubber dryer machine for intensive cleaning.
SAFETY: 85mm push-out disc prevents floor pad overheating.
Pads hug uneven floors and can be used on both sides with no loss of efficiency.
Maintenance: Extend life of pads, by using centre push-out-disc middle of pad and brush to clean the overall surface of the pad whilst rinsing with clean water, then hang to dry.
